Calibration & Maintenance Engineer

Your role
As a Calibration & Maintenance Engineer (C&M Engineer), you are responsible for calibrating, maintaining, and improving our production equipment – such as reactors, dosing systems, temperature control systems, and measuring instruments. You ensure everything runs smoothly and can be used without issues by our specialists, in compliance with ISO 13485 and GMP regulations. You work independently and act as an important link between technology and production or research.
What will you do?
- Timely calibration of production and laboratory equipment
- Preventive maintenance and basic repairs (independently or in collaboration with external partners)
- Organizing internal and external logistics of equipment
- Documenting and reporting activities and results
- Preparing quality documentation (deviations, CAPAs, forms)
- Maintaining equipment files and C&M planning
- Managing spare parts inventory
- Identifying and implementing improvements in C&M processes
- Supporting installation and qualification of production equipment
- Advising colleagues on equipment and safety
- Contributing to the automation of production processes and their maintenance
Who are you?
- Technical or laboratory background at MBO/HBO level
- Strong practical and technical skills
- High level of accuracy
- Knowledge of (laboratory) safety
- Good documentation practices
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Preferred: knowledge of NEN-EN3140, ATEX EX001, and VCA (or willingness to be trained)
- Preferred: experience or strong interest in automation.
