Business Development Engineer
For expansion of our team we are looking out for a professional who likes to work in the cross-over of polymers, polymer chemistries, marketing and sales.
Your main activities
- Initiate and handle the communication with prospects and new customers
- Translate requests into high quality quotations and project plans
- Responsible for sending out and following-up quotations and project plans
- Develop, enhance and execute our marketing & sales potential
Your background
We are looking out for a well-educated/trained hands-on person with a background in (applied) polymer chemistry or polymer/chemical/pharmaceutical engineering and business with at least 5 years experience in a similar job. Highly talented starters are welcome too. You have to be a self-starting person, able to manage your own work. It is important that you are a creative thinker, have a good sense of marketing, understand medical/pharmaceutical appliances and regulations in its generality, have strong inter-person and communication skills and able to communicate and sell complex projects and polymers.
